The growth of the mobile Web is on a steady rise. While pundits throw around words like “explosive” and “outrageous” the more precise word is probably “consistent.” According to analytics firm StatCounter, users accessing the Web through mobile devices has almost doubled every year since 2009. In its latest report, StatCounter says that global Internet usage through mobile devices rose to 8.5%, nearly doubling the 2011 figure of 4.3%.
StatCounter’s analytics only include cellphones, excluding tablets from the mix. The global leader in mobile Web use is Nokia at nearly 40% of usage. The firm believes that Nokia’s global dominance is due to high penetration in emerging markets like India. Apple is a strong No. 2 globally, while leading use in the United Kingdom and the United States.

HI…Good day…Its all about the collection & distribution skills…which world society has to learn…in the wake of massive poverty & hunger & dissatisfaction people are facing in present world. The capitalist democracy run by the party system funded by the big business classes…is also responsible in creating such a tension in the society. We should one hand correct the democracy & other had to stand united in social level to bring socialism with social security service system…to provide vital social benefits which one individual, family, community & nation needs to survive. Wall street demonstration has opened the eyes of world people about not all quite in well developed countries…its time for all of us should come forward to support the social security service system to give platform to common people not for shouting & blaming business classes…but collecting the services produced by the capitalist classes & redistribution to common people…with system.
